Image Consulting: Concerns about the credibility
Credibility: We not only what you get in school?
Hundreds of thousands of business people and we went out every day in the hope of getting this new job, promotion, position sales, or the height of our career. But without even the most educated and well rounded of us rejected, turned away and simply put in the background by those we approach not aware of what just happened. Despite the numerous seminars, workshops, diplomas, certificates and teachers, why are we having so many people feel frustrated and confused about what to do?
Times change, advances in technology and communication is easier ever. We are constantly stimulated by thousands of images a day we are shooting in all directions. We have been trained to take quick decisions without thinking too much on the basis of what does or does not appeal to us visually. So now more than ever, is so important to look we communicate with ourselves to others.
In a study that was conducted by Dr. Albert Mehrabian at UCLA, found our credibility depends on three factors: verbal, vocal and visual. Visual is 55% credibility cake while the voice (the tone in which he says things) to 38%, and verbal (the facts are presented) a meager 7%! Our complete visual presentation was made by the body language, the characteristics physical and clothing and toiletries (the largest of the three) – which covers 90% of the visual component for credibility!
Take two photos that of a person in casual clothing that seems neglected, with clothing that does not quite right and the other a well supported in a lawsuit with a haircut today and polished shoes. Now, ask yourself the following questions for each person: What do you take their revenues? Education? Respect your colleagues? Trust? Personal happiness? Personality? Car? Do they work for themselves or are employed by someone else?

Thus, you can "judge a book by its cover"? Course. Those who say it would be wrong. People can and will decide on the basis of their appearance if they can trust you, your knowledge, integrity and professionalism.
So how to ensure that these questions by strangers go in our favor? Put some thought into the picture, or better still with professional trained to help you. Make sure you buy the best fit and quality you can afford. They have the son coming out of your clothes.
While discount stores are perfect for the price, remember: you get what you pay for. Whether classic or current with what they wear and to coordinate with the class. Make sure your hair, glasses, shoes and many are underway. If you are not classic or current, it is assumed their professional skills are not. Above all, the smile that is charismatic and fabulous you!
